Need a little easy in your life? Then look no further. With a little help from my friends at Stonyfield and Taylor Farms, I’ve created one of my favorite dressings to date! And it takes less than 5 minutes to put together!

It’s tangy from the yogurt & garlic, but smooth and rich from the avocado. This dressing is so versatile, too… it can go on salads, tacos, baked potatoes, rice or even on baked chicken. It makes a pretty fabulous dip, as well!

I’ve been a huge fan of Taylor Farms salads and veggies for several years (I absolutely love their Asian Chopped Salad kit!), so it was definitely a treat to pair their Baby Spring Mix with this AvoGarlic Yogurt Dressing. I hope you enjoy it, too!

AvoGarlic Yogurt Dressing

Yield: 4-6 servings

  • 1 lg ripe avocado
  • 1 c Stonyfield Whole Milk Smooth & Creamy Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a food processor and add the yogurt, garlic, salt and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
