Live Sigma Kappa – Cheery Cherry Muffins

Cheery Cherry Muffins by My Baking Heart

Remember that Instagram photo I shared, filled with bright red cherries I’d just pitted? Well, today I’m sharing the recipe for some amazing muffins I made with those delicious cherries!

I was so excited to try out my fun, new #FRUITful cherry pitter from OXO. And when I came across a fab deal on fresh cherries, I scooped them up, immediately knowing what I’d do with them. I ended up pitting so many cherries that my fingers are just now losing their reddish tint! Unfortunately though, the muffins are long gone; but they were so good, I know I’ll be making another batch really soon.

Click over to Live Sigma Kappa, where the full recipe is posted and let me know what you think. The batter is easily adaptable to several different fruits and flavors, so it’s a win-win for any season!

As a kid, I used to hate cherries, but now I love them. In fact, I just had some with my lunch today. This recipe looks super yummy! Oh and I love the Live Sigma Kappa site. What a fun way to connect with your sisters! I wish Delta Gamma had something similar!
