My favorite Christmas tradition is when we smoke our prime rib roast outside. I love the anticipation, I love the smell, I love being inside and preparing the side dishes that go along with that smoked prime rib roast, I love running outside to take a picture to post on my blog, I love dishing up the plates, I love to eat it and I love being able to share something so delicious with my neighbors and good friends.

This is absolutely a must for a crowded counter-top! I would love to have one to store ALL of my Green Mountain Coffee in!!!! Congrats on your cleaning! Baking cookies for the holidays is a tradition I always look forward to, as is driving around looking at all of the lights, decorating the tree, and wrapping presents!
