A great partner to Dorie’s Creamy, Cheesy, Garlicky Rice with Spinach is her Cinnamon-Crunch Chicken, this week’s ‘French Fridays’ recipe. It’s quick, incredibly easy to put together and serves the purpose of a quintessential ‘weeknight-meal’. The flavor is warm and comforting, as it reminded me of a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch (one of my very favorite cereals!)!
We completed the trio with a fresh & bright garden salad and enjoyed dinner outside on the patio… which, was absolutely perfect, given our recent weather. Almost looks like Orange Chicken, doesn’t it? Hmmm… now I want Chinese! 🙂
