I’m not one to ever pass up a biscotti. That first snap and following crunch is a thing of beauty… especially when it’s made up of dark chocolate and sliced almonds. They’re perfect for breakfast, bridal & baby showers, afternoon teas, that occasional, “just because” time-of-day (say, around 4p?) and wrapped in shiny plastic, given as little treats around the holidays. One of the best ways to enjoy them, though, is with one of these…

Many thanks to Jacque of Daisy Lane Cakes for this week’s choice. You can find the recipe on our hostess’ blog and a weekly gathering of more Chocolate Biscotti on the TWD site! Just look for the ‘Leave-Your-Link’ post!

Yours look great! They are especially good with coffee.
I’m enjoying one of my last ones with that same coffee right now. Lovely photos!

These look perfect (and that iced coffee has me considering an errand…) I am so wishing I still had some as I make my rounds that they may very well get made again today.
These look great with the sugar on top!
Yours look terrific! Mine are gone already and so I just made a batch of Dorie’s Classic Brownies. Chocolate is wonderful!

Your biscotti look perfect! I can’t turn down biscotti either, especially one this good.
Those are beautiful. Perfect treat for sitting outside. These were good, weren’t they?
Nothing beats a good biscotti and these look perfect to me.
Loved these. Did you really only make two logs and get yours a perfect 3-4 inches each? Mine were 6-8 inches each! I decided next time I’d make 3 logs because I like my biscotti like yours are.
