Love, love, love! Eating these compared to pouring ganache over a bowl of morning oatmeal… and we all know that there’s nothing better than ganache! The dough comes together fairly easy and you’ll only dirty up a couple of bowls. But don’t forget to take the advice of Carol from The Bake More, which she left on this week’s P&Q – chill your dough for 10-20 minutes, then scoop out and bake. It worked like a charm and I had such pretty little cookies!
