Cilantro-Lime Chicken & Idaho Potatoes

Remember this photo? Well, I’m beyond excited to announce that it won the Idaho® Potato “Recipe of the Month” Inaugural Photo Contest! It was so much fun participating and I’m honored to have won this first round.

Now… for the big question. What should I do with my prize money?? A pretty new macro lens, perhaps? 😉

Nikon Macro 50mm

Congratulations! The picture itself made me hungry…

I wonder what I would do if I won a contest…probably would get camera equipment as you suggested…

YAY!!! Congrats! A new lens would be awesome! However, I’ve had my eye on the anniversary edition KA mixer with the clear bowl! It would be a tough choice for me! I know you’ll have fun spending it, though! 🙂

Congratulations Jessice. Well-deserved. That picture has me mouth watering. I love potatoes but try (very hard) not to eat them too often. As for the prize money… oh the possibilities! I hope you buy yourself a nice present. You earned it!

I am not a bit surprised that you won because that photo is gorgeous. Congratulations! I just can’t imagine how you could take better close-ups with a new macro lens, but I can’t wait to see. 😉
