Let’s get straight to the point. Chocolate + Nutella = Love. And with this sweet spin on Dorie’s traditional madeleines, that’s where I’m at… in double-dipped love. I had a bit of trouble with the dough being sticky after it’s chilling time, but everything turned out hunky-‘dorie’ in the end. 😉

Rich, chocolaty, but still delicate… they’re the perfect little treat for showers and afternoon teas. Big thanks to Margo of Effort to Deliciousness for this week’s sinful pick. LOVE the Nutella variation! Other than white chocolate, Nutella is my next favorite baking flavor! Your madeleines turned out wonderful!

Ok, seriously, yours look the best I’ve seen! Did you use a milk chocolate to dip them in? Your cookie looks darker and the ganache looks lighter–and I like it!

they look great! I thought about going the nutella route too but in the end chose the fluff

I had the same problem with sticky dough after the chilling time. My hands (and everything else in the vicinity) were covered in this dough after trying to fill the madeleine molds. I love your Nutellla/chocolate combo – they look delicious 🙂
