Tuesdays With Dorie – Peanuttiest Blondies

by Jessica on November 2, 2010

Peanuttiest Blondies

If you’re a big fan of peanut butter, you’ll love these Peanuttiest Blondies by Dorie. As with most ‘Baking‘ recipes, they’re pretty quick to whip up and super-good once cooled to room temperature (if you can wait that long!). The extra hint of cinnamon and chocolate give the blondies a ‘Reese’s PB Cup’ taste, which is my absolute favorite! These were perfect with all the Halloween candy we snacked on in between trips to the door to greet Trick-or-Treaters! 🙂

Thanks to this week’s hostess, Nicole of Bakeologie, for such a yummy pick! The recipe can be found on her blog and the other TWD bakers are listed here!

Wow, you’re right, these did taste like Reese’s P.B. cups! Now I really have to make them again, just to be sure. 🙂

Your blondies look so good Jessica – nice and thick! Mine were pretty thin for some reason. I wish they’d had more peanut butter flavor, but my husband really loved them.

So sorry about your Rangers. Exciting that they made it as far as they did though 🙂

Yours are perfection! I am going to make these again with alternate chips…peanut butter or cinnamon or butterscotch so that I can have some as I have been nibbling around the chocolate parts and they are good!

These blondies look delicious. I have a lot of Butterfinger candies and I think they would be perfect in these. I’m holding a CSN giveaway on my blog and you’re welcome to come by and enter. http://sweet-as-sugar-cookies.blogspot.com/2010/11/45-csn-giveaway.html

Gorgeous photo. You know, blondies are my favorite bar cookie. I think I’ll have to make these.
