Your torte looks wonderful – the side on view of the slice reveals it in all its glory. You’re right – the dark custard top does make it look like a cheesy pizza! Thanks for baking along with me this week.

Deep Dish Pizza!! Yes it does. Maybe next time in a deep dish pan it would be easier to work with.
