Tuesdays With Dorie – Milk Chocolate Bundt Cake

Dorie’s Milk Chocolate Mini Bundt Cakes is this week’s pick, coming from Kristin at I’m Right About Everything. And along with a few of my fellow TWD’ers, I decided to change it up a bit. I didn’t have time to borrow Momma G’s mini bundt pan, so I doubled the recipe and made a heart-shaped bundt in one of my favorite pans. I didn’t get a shot of the entire cake, but trust me, it was so pretty. 🙂 And the sauce on top… delicious. This is a great cake for a dinner party or a Valentine’s dessert!

I see pecans in your keywords, so I guess no pistachios. Sorry. Guess my eyes are a little blurry this early in the morning. 🙂

I used a heart pan too, only mine is 6 small ones rather than one large one. That slice looks delicious!

Very pretty upon that plate all ready for someone to sink a fork into it! Love the heart shape idea…so great for February! Guys here loved it, but then you probably figured they would, right? More chocolate next week! And the next!

Hi Jessica! Thanks for stopping by and for your sweet comments 🙂 For the past few weeks I’ve been shooting all of my photos with a Canon Rebel XS. It was a Christmas gift from my husband and while I really don’t know how to use it, it seems to take pretty good pics anyway!

Your cake looks wonderful! A heart-shaped bundt pan sounds perfect for this month.
