Tuesdays With Dorie – World Peace Cookies

by Jessica on February 3, 2009

I was so excited to see that this week’s recipe was none other than Dorie’s World Peace Cookies. I had heard awesome things about these cookies from many people (namely Ms. A from Sing for Your Supper), so I was really anxious to make them. As you can plainly see, I was afraid of the crumbly-ness (is that even a word?) after I had taken the dough out of the fridge. Thus, I didn’t flatten them out much to look like a cookie. Guess I’ll have to try making them again, huh? 😉 They’re not the most beautiful things, but they sure are tasty…

I disagree – I think they look delish! I like how thick you cut them – more to sink your teeth into! 😉 Oh and I just loooove those adorable tea towels in the background! You know, a very good friend of mine gave me those very same towels! 🙂

To me, it isn’t what they look like it is what they taste like that matters.
