Did 2008 go as fast for you as it did for me?? December (and Christmas, for that matter) seemed to sneak up on me… and I’ve never ever been this busy before! Thankfully, I had a free day this weekend and was able to make Dorie’s cheesecake. Adding 2 tbsp of ground cinnamon was the perfect alteration… not too cinnamony (is that even a word?) 🙂 but with just a hint of that smooth, warm taste.
We’re in the middle of inventory here at the warehouse, so I thought that this dessert would provide a little surprise during breaks. 😉 Hopefully, my tasters will love it as much as I did (I had to have a little taste for the pictures!)!

Great idea, J! I bet the cinnamon really made it extra yummy! Great pics, too! I couldn’t get mine to slice as clean as that – it kept sticking to the knife and coming out in chunks! Oh well- it still tasted awesome!
