Happy Halloween, my lovely readers!!
Welcome to the latest WC recipe exchange – Fall Favorites! I received this yummy recipe for Oatmeal Scotchies, straight from the Nestle bag! And as a treat for today’s get-together at work, I made these for all my co-workers… who absolutely loved them! This is definitely a recipe I’m keeping for the future. Thanks to whomever submitted it – they were delicious!!

My grandmother inlaw invented oatmeal scotties she won the pillsberry bakeoff. i just ran across this cuz i wanted to see if they hadda picture of her.
I just made these and they’re great! I did use my 2T cookie scoop and because my cookies are larger than specified by the recipe I ended up with my edges getting a little too crisp for my liking by the time the middles were cooked properly. Next time I’ll just turn the oven temp down a bit to compensate because I’m not giving up on my big cookies
Thanks for sharing a great recipe!
