After reading the P&Q this week on the TWD board, I was a little worried that when I opened the oven, I’d be left with a runny loaf of banana bread. Luckily, I didn’t have a problem. I did, however, forget to add the rum at the proper time… adding it at the last minute to the chocolate mixture. Oh well, it still tasted yummy; especially with that added shot of rum in the chocolate marbling!!
