'Refresh'ing Tea Limeade

by Jessica on June 29, 2008

A few minutes ago, I finished off the last of my Kappa Tea. 🙁 So sad…

That meant I needed a new go-to drink for this week. I was watering my flowers and herb garden (and glancing at the mint) when I came up with this ‘refresh’er. 🙂 Quite yummy and perfect for Summer!

Source: My Baking Heart

2 c water
2 bags TAZO tea in Refresh
1 can frozen limeade
1/4 c Splenda

Boil water. While waiting on the water, prepare the limeade according to instructions on can. Let tea bags steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and add sugar. Let tea cool completely, then add to the limeade. Pour over a glass of ice* and enjoy!! 🙂

*Once again, this would be fabulous over crushed ice… me thinks I need to visit Sonic. 🙂
